(I'm out of bananas and too lazy to cook rice)<br /><br />Coffee decidedly didn't appeal this morning. English breakfast instead, in the Alcock, Lindley &amp;&nbsp;Bloore (so pompous-sounding!) dripless pot, Johnson Bros. Strawberry Fair dishes, coin silver spoon.&nbsp;Twelve-grain toast and a schmear of marmalade.
