Avoiding the world burning, I've been watching Hallmark Channel movies (yes, I've gotten that desperate looking for happy "normal"). So in the last few days I've seen Arthur Ketch and Ames White as cuddly dads. And still? Less bizarre than current reality.

Heh. Martin Cummins played a very cuddly single father in The Christmas Shepherd. His co-star was a gorgeous and brainy German Shepherd dog. Both were *very* cuddly.

Apparently Cummins has appeared as a regular, or recurring, on Riverdale.

David Haydn-Jones was in A Bramble House Christmas, wherein he was very cuddly, and courting a single mom.

It's very odd to watch a Hallmark movie with a background suspicion your male lead may suddenly turn into a psychopathic killer!

With the way things are, watching the Hallmark Channel sounds like a good idea.

I've only ever seen Martin Cummins in roles where he's the baddie - Devour, Dark Angel and a few other shows - so I can't picture him as being sweet! But I'll keep an eye out for that movie.
