Oh, the fun of dysunction - bleugh. Overwhelmed is a thing. I put this on my pc http://philome.la/jace_harr/you-feel-like-shit-an-interactive-self-care-guide/play
for such times. It helped the one time I bothered to click into it. Hiding under the covers and pretending the world doesn't exist happens more often, but its good to remember that there are some truly beautiful things outside, even the common birds, bugs and flowers are incredible. Be kind to yourself - which sometimes means making a call or emailing that person because the relief when you've done it is immense xx

I'm glad that helped! Ironically, a couple of the answers actually raise my anxiety. But I love the thought behind it.

I think we need to build a pillow fort. With magical windows to peer out at seashore and mountains adrift with fog and rainy ponds.

And even though I have to gear up for days ahead of time, I do get out.

And I have my invisible friends on the internet as a lifeline. B^)

I definitely want a pillowfort like that, Currently freaking out a little because I've a)agreed to a weekend away this weekend with my friend who moved away and I really wanted to see her and my 'niece' (Her husband is traveling down and back this weekend so I don't have to worry about public transport) but its 3 hours away, which, with anxiety seems like way too far.
Which is why I am freaking doubly because my dad is booking a week in France for me and him in September.
Is there room in that pillowfort for me, now?
