1. Coffee. Coffeecoffeecoffee
2. thick-cut and regular rolled oats with coconut oil, broken walnut pieces, dried cranberries, a dash of cinnamon
3. Make the bed, every day. (If nothing else goes right, I have successfully finished One Thing!)
4. Open the down-up shades to tailor the view from my desk--statue in the side garden, treetops and sky. The neighbors' houses are screened.
5. Check email, any messages on FB, LJ, DW, gmail, a couple of other sites, catch up on Tumblr
6. Lunch
7. Work
8. TV time with H
9. Reading
I should put yoga, or power walking, or mountain climbing or something. I R boring.
