There's a whole chorus of owl calls outside tonight. Or at least an extended conversation.

It's kind of nice.

They were very cheerful and bubbly, for owls. "Who-hoo-hoo, hoohoo!" rather than the usual, "Who?" and a few seconds later from a different location, "Who?" or perhaps, "Who-hoo." Sounded like a party to me.

I always think of owls as being very solemn. This crew sounded very bubbly and chuckly. Made me want to giggle.
