Fourth waning crescent moon observance of the binding spell last night. I have to believe it's having some effect, if for no other reason than the world hasn't already ended yet.
Paraphrasing, "Bind him so he shall not break our polity, usurp our liberty, or fill our minds with hate, confusion, fear, or despair. Bind, too, all those who enable his harmful policies, and those who speak his poisonous lies." There's a bit more to it, but that's the basis. Details are here.
As far as tarot instructional, I'm sure there are vids...I turned to books. 78 Degrees of Wisdom by Rachel Pollack is one a lot of people use. I have a copy, but my go-to was, and is, Tarot for Beginners, by P. Scott Hollander. There are many excellent books on learning or expanding your knowledge of tarot.
Truthfully, I've never read cards, for myself or anyone else. I did collect like a mad thing for several years (list on request), but to me it's art. I love to pull the same card from several decks and compare the individual artists' portrayal of the traditional interpretations.
Mmmmm, sounds like something we desperately need!!!
(I have a steampunk tarot deck and one from Welcome to Night Vale. Never actually used either one. I keep hoping someone's going to produce an SPN deck.)
