I could go out in the chilly sloppy rain and fight the Saturday crowds to go to the bakery, and see if they have lemon tarts, or possibly lemon meringue--or even better, lemon cream pie, all for meeeee, since I'm the only one here to eat it.

Or I could sit here all cozy and dry and spread Dickinson's lemon curd on a few cinnamon graham crackers and top it with a schmear of whipped cream cheese. No leftovers.

Yeah. That'll work.
