On Thanksgiving...

Whether you celebrate this day or don't, I want each of you who comes by this journal to know I'm grateful for you, for the chance to be here, to share ideas and stories, art, and discussion. As the scents of turkey and pumpkin pie make it hard to wait for dinner, I wish every one of you light and warmth and the satisfaction of good work well done.

Here in Brazil we don't celebrate Thanksgiving but I wanna say thanks for everything what happened with me because this made me a better person..In all aspects..

I actually "Eeee!"'d out loud when I saw that. How many late nights have I spent in a booth with friends or frenemies stretching out a basket of french toast and a pot of coffee! Either the one on Broad, just off Bus.I40, or out by the Walmart on Hanes Mall Blvd., next to the silver diner. We always said we'd try the diner next time, but the pull of WH was just Too Strong.
