I am duly submitted and avowed and have the mods' seal of good enough (for now), and my artist is wow, angstpuppy which is so very happy-making! I would bask in all the glow of achievement and being happy, but now I have to turn this draft into an actual story--like, linear and stuff, and with grammar. And consistent tenses. And freakin' punctuation! Shhhoot, can't y'all just, like, read my mind?

Wouldn't that be great? Just upload brain content...no, wait. Actually, that would be pretty damn scary, so better not. Back to work, then.

I've often thought that it would be awesome to have some sort of direct brain-to-word-document interface. But I'm not sure how well that would work, because my brain often goes off on completely unrelated tangents, and why scar/e people needlessly?

I'd be pleased, really. I will caveat that I'm committed elsewhere, plus, you know, hammering away at my own wee thing. But unless things blow up in a spectacular fashion, and we both get extremely early posting dates, I'll be glad to. Shall we wait to shake on it till after the posting dates are up?

Aww, thanks. I do seem incapable of writing happy fluffy fic. It's a character flaw. ;o)
