Oy. One of those headaches where you want to crawl under the bed and cling to the floor to keep it and everything from moving. Dark, still, bygod, oy.  A double course of OTC pain and sinus stuff and a few hours' nap, and I'm edging onto functional. Still have a bright edge to everything, but...nothing *hurts.* All the muscles in my face and scalp are *sore* from being contracted so hard and so long, but the actual ache is gone.

Felt like a reaction, but there's been nothing new in diet nor drugs nor environment. IDEK. WTF, body?

So, to quote Lois Lane, what's new in the world? What'd I miss?

Headaches are a bitch. If the weather is anything similar there to here, then I reckon it was probably a day for hiding under the covers in hibernation anyhow. (hugs)

Ugh that is the absolute worst! I find a nice pack and laying as still as possible in a very dark room is the only way to get through it. So sorry, lady, but I'm glad you're feeling betterish finally!!
