Three positive things, third day

fufaraw1. My PCP is pleased with my bloodwork. I have managed to somehow magically lose weight, so that's nice. We discussed the need for and method of exercize, as posited against the notion of slowly, gently, rusting into place, and reached a consensus with which we both are content.
2. I made a suggestion that may help a friend. That felt really good.
3. Pecan praline and cappuccino chip ice cream--one is slightly bitter, one is just a smidge too sweet. Combined, they are perfect.
